HEROES DIGEST

WE ARE LIVING UNDER GRACE 2
1 ¶ What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 God forbid. How shall WE , THAT ARE DEAD TO SIN, live any longer therein?
3  Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin. {freed: Gr. justified}
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore r
eign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14 FOR SIN SHALL NOT HAVE DOMINION OVER YOU FOR YE ARE NOT UNDER THE LAW, BUT UNDER GRACE

Grace is not the freedom to sin.It is the freedom to serve God in spirit and in truth. It gives us the ability to serve God without pretense. The Law gave birth to a life of pretense. The Law gave birth to sin which makes man to pretend before God .The Law condemned man totally as enemies of God. No man could be qualified to stand before God.All men were guilty before God because of the law.But the man under grace maintains the relationship with our Father above all things. Our mistakes cannot take us away from our father but rather should take us closer because that is where the solution to the mistakes are.The solution to all our faults are in Christ who is the author and finisher of our faith.
Christ came to end the law era.He came to initiate the grace era.Where men become the friends of God not enemies. That is why we should stop running away from Him.He made the provisions for our friendship with Him not based on our qualification but His qualification. He qualifed us for the relationship before He called us into fellowship.(Gal 5: 18) But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.(Roman 8 :14) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
The relationship we enjoy today is Father-Son relationship which God initiated all by Himself. It is no more the God-Man relationship that came by the law.The New relationship starts from our salvation out the bondage of the law to being led by HOLY SPIRIT in us.This happens as soon as we accept Jesus into our lives. We need to accept Jesus Christ into our lives NOW or we remain under the control of our flesh. In that state we can never please God.When you are born again, our actions are no more determined by the law  but by the Holy Spirit that dwells in us.He leads us through our spirit that controls our minds through the word of God.The man under the law cannot be lead by the Holy Spirit because he takes direction from the law through the senses(the flesh) therefore he cannot please God but can only keep the commandment with make him more enemy of God.The law influence us outside in but grace influences us inside out.

Prayer
Thank you my father for your grace in Jesus name.

YOU DO NOT BECOME A SAINT BECAUSE OF WORKS Many times believers have called those who teach the truth about benefits of Christ death, burial and resurrection as those who teach the diluted Gospel but in actuality, they are those teaching the undiluted Gospel. The Gospel is not the mind of men. It does not have to appear pleasing to any man’s hearing to be the truth. Christ came into this world to take away the sin of the world. And he did it by offering His body for sin to die in the flesh. John 1: 29 ¶ The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, BEHOLD THE LAMB OF GOD, WHICH TAKETH AWAY THE SIN OF THE WORLD. GAL 1: 4 WHO GAVE HIMSELF FOR OUR SINS, THAT HE MIGHT DELIVER US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL WORLD, ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD AND OUR FATHER. HEB 2: 17 WHEREFORE IN ALL THINGS IT BEHOVED HIM TO BE MADE LIKE UNTO HIS BRE...

GOD IS THE FATHER OF SPIRITS MAN IS THE FATHER OF FLESH Heb 12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather BE IN SUBJECTION UNTO THE FATHER OF SPIRITS, AND LIVE? In the Old Testament, God was not known as a father. He was only a circumstantial God with diverse names based on the situation he created to reveal Himself to a particular person at a particular time. Consequently, many have seen God manifest in their lives in a particular situation at a particular time that made them give   God names according to the situation H created for the revelation. These names are as follows. Jehovah shama, Jehovah Nissi,Jehovah Elohim, Jehovah Adonai etc. God was not known as a father in the Old Testament because God can only beget spirit born by the incorruptible word. 1PE 1:23 BEING BORN AGAIN, NOT OF CORRUPTIBLE SEED, BUT OF INCORRUPTIBLE, BY THE WORD OF GOD, WHICH LIVETH AND ABIDETH FOR EVER . Abrah...

ON THE CROSS On the cross both sin and man died but Christ did not die. He was made sin for the body of sin to die in man and not in God. As God He cannot die, But as man He took on the body of sin on the cross for sin to die through his death. Roman 6: 6 knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed,( NOT THE BODY OF CHRIST ) that henceforth we should not serve sin.( 2Cor 5: 21) FOR HE HATH MADE HIM TO BE SIN FOR US, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him  On the cross man died with Christ for sins that man would be dead to sin and free from sin. Ro 6:8 Now IF WE BE DEAD WITH CHRIST, we believe that we shall also live with him: 2Tim2: 11 It is a faithful saying: FOR IF WE BE DEAD WITH HIM, we shall also live with him: Rom 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin  Because man died with Christ man became dead to sin. Rom 6:2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer ...
