Some men who do not understand salvation have changed the meaning to suite their philosophical reasoning. No one can understand salvation with his or her mental agility without the role of Christ to man in the project of salvation. Christ did not come into this world to save Himself. Christ did not need salvation because in Him there is no sin.
What is salvation? Salvation is the act of saving something or someone from something trying to kill or harm him. Just like a man or ship trying to drown in the sea. That ship or person needs someone who is more skillful or another ship that is more balanced to help them regain stability.
Before Christ came, man was dead in sin. Separated and annihilated from God’s fellowship because of Adam’s transgression.
1CO 15:22 FOR AS IN ADAM ALL DIE, EVEN SO IN CHRIST SHALL ALL BE MADE ALIVE..
Christ saved the world from sin so that men could consciously enter into and everlasting relationship with God through faith in Christ .This is what is called being born again.
2COR 5: 17 THEREFORE IF ANY MAN BE IN CHRIST, HE IS A NEW CREATURE: OLD THINGS ARE PASSED AWAY; BEHOLD, ALL THINGS ARE BECOME NEW.
It is of faith because Christ did the works. It is not of works because the righteousness of God in Christ does not come by works.
ROM 4:16 THEREFORE IT IS OF FAITH, THAT IT MIGHT BE BY GRACE; TO THE END THE PROMISE MIGHT BE SURE TO ALL THE SEED; NOT TO THAT ONLY WHICH IS OF THE LAW, BUT TO THAT ALSO WHICH IS OF THE FAITH OF ABRAHAM; WHO IS THE FATHER OF US ALL,
GAL 3:7 KNOW YE THEREFORE THAT THEY WHICH ARE OF FAITH, THE SAME ARE THE CHILDREN OF ABRAHAM
GAL 3:9 SO THEN THEY WHICH BE OF FAITH ARE BLESSED WITH FAITHFUL ABRAHAM
The bible always refers the relationship between God and man in Christ as marriage relationship.. This is because even though we have be chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world, we still have to receive what God did for man in Christ by faith in Christ finished works on the cross. Just like any man can be any woman’s husband so far they have a consensus ad idem .A man cannot force a woman to marry him. The woman has to accept the man so that she could have access into the man’s assets. The term of the New Covenant is faith in Christ. This is what makes man have access to everything God worked for man in Christ. You cannot just be a son of God without accepting Jesus Christ.
JOHN 1: 12 BUT AS MANY AS RECEIVED HIM, TO THEM GAVE HE POWER TO BECOME THE SONS OF GOD, EVEN TO THEM THAT BELIEVE ON HIS NAME.

Salvation is by grace through faith. You receive it by believing and confessing Jesus Christ as your lord and savior.
(ROMANS 10: 9 -10 )9THAT IF THOU SHALT CONFESS WITH THY MOUTH THE LORD JESUS, AND SHALT BELIEVE IN THINE HEART THAT GOD HATH RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD, THOU SHALT BE SAVED. 10 FOR WITH THE HEART MAN BELIEVETH UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS; AND WITH THE MOUTH CONFESSION IS MADE UNTO SALVATION.
ACT 8: 37 AND PHILIP SAID, IF THOU BELIEVEST WITH ALL THINE HEART, THOU MAYEST. AND HE ANSWERED AND SAID, I BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD.
To be saved means to be in Christ. It is not breathing in air. It is living eternal life. Someone can be breathing in air but that does not make him a New Creation. Christ came that the whole world shall be saved through Him.
Accept Jesus Christ today and receive eternal life.

GOD IS THE FATHER OF SPIRITS MAN IS THE FATHER OF FLESH Heb 12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather BE IN SUBJECTION UNTO THE FATHER OF SPIRITS, AND LIVE? ON THE CROSS On the cross both sin and man died but Christ did not die. He was made sin for the body of sin to die in man and not in God. As God He cannot die, But as man He took on the body of sin on the cross for sin to die through his death.
