FAITH IN CHRIST IS NOT A PRICE FOR OUR
SALVATION.
So many people think that believing in the finished works of
Christ so that one receives eternal life means that we pay for our salvation.
Our faith is not the price for our salvation. The price for our salvation was
paid by Christ so that our faith could be effective through Him. Otherwise no
man could be reconciled with God. Our faith helps us to receive what Christ
worked for us through His death , burial and resurrection. We use it to receive
what God had freely given to us in Christ.
AC 20:28 TAKE HEED
THEREFORE UNTO YOURSELVES, AND TO ALL THE FLOCK, OVER THE WHICH THE HOLY GHOST
HATH MADE YOU OVERSEERS, TO FEED THE CHURCH OF GOD, WHICH HE HATH PURCHASED

HEB 9:12 NEITHER BY
THE BLOOD OF GOATS AND CALVES, BUT BY HIS OWN BLOOD HE ENTERED IN ONCE INTO THE

(HEB 5: 8-9) THOUGH HE

BEING MADE PERFECT, HE BECAME THE AUTHOR OF ETERNAL SALVATION UNTO ALL THEM

HEB 2: 10 ¶ FOR IT
BECAME HIM, FOR WHOM ARE ALL THINGS, AND BY WHOM ARE ALL THINGS, IN BRINGING
MANY SONS UNTO GLORY, TO MAKE THE CAPTAIN OF THEIR SALVATION PERFECT THROUGH
SUFFERINGS.
No man could have saved himself. The price of salvation was
paid by Jesus with His own blood so that we respond to the Gospel by faith.
HEB 9: 15 ¶ AND FOR
THIS CAUSE HE IS THE MEDIATOR OF THE NEW TESTAMENT, THAT BY MEANS OF DEATH, FOR
THE REDEMPTION OF THE TRANSGRESSIONS THAT WERE UNDER THE FIRST TESTAMENT, THEY
WHICH ARE CALLED MIGHT RECEIVE THE PROMISE OF ETERNAL INHERITANCE.
ROMANS 1: 16 ¶ FOR I
AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST: FOR IT IS THE POWER OF GOD UNTO
SALVATION TO EVERY ONE THAT BELIEVETH; TO THE JEW FIRST, AND ALSO TO THE GREEK.
We do not need faith to philosophize. Faith is not required to
understand science. If you hear the
Gospel and do not respond but remained in unbelief then you your mind is lying
to you that the Gospel is foolishness because the Gospel is not science but the
Gospel inspires scientific ventures Faith in Christ is a conscious step we take
in response to the Gospel. It is different from science and philosophy Salvation
is a gift that we receive while awaken in faith not when we are dead in
unbelief due our reason of philosophy and science. Salvation is freely by grace
but it is of faith through believing in Christ who is the author and finisher
of our faith. He authored our faith by suffering and finished it by shedding of
His blood before he was made sin on the cross for sin to die in his flesh.
HEB 12: 2 LOOKING
UNTO JESUS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH; WHO FOR THE JOY THAT WAS SET
BEFORE HIM ENDURED THE CROSS, DESPISING THE SHAME, AND IS SET DOWN AT THE RIGHT
HAND OF THE THRONE OF GOD. 3 FOR CONSIDER HIM THAT ENDURED SUCH CONTRADICTION
OF SINNERS AGAINST HIMSELF, LEST YE BE WEARIED AND FAINT IN YOUR MINDS
PHIL 2: 8 AND BEING
FOUND IN FASHION AS A MAN, HE HUMBLED HIMSELF, AND BECAME OBEDIENT UNTO DEATH,
EVEN THE DEATH OF THE CROSS
JOH 19:30 WHEN JESUS
THEREFORE HAD RECEIVED THE VINEGAR, HE SAID, IT IS FINISHED: AND HE BOWED HIS
HEAD, AND GAVE UP THE GHOST .
Some wrongly thing that faith is no more required for salvation.
But such thoughts are not form Holy Spirit. Because receiving the Holy Spirit
is also by faith. Human reasoning will not understand the concept of faith in
Christ because it is beyond it. We
understand it when we open our hearts to the revelations from the Holy Ghost
who teaches us Christ.
We have been redeemed so that we receive salvation through
faith in Christ. The blood of Jesus is the price for our salvation not our
faith. We walk with Him by faith. We do not need faith for redemption. God did
it for us freely through the blood of Jesus Christ.
EPH 1: 7 IN WHOM WE
HAVE REDEMPTION THROUGH HIS BLOOD, THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS, ACCORDING TO THE
RICHES OF HIS GRACE.
ROM 3:24 BEING
JUSTIFIED FREELY BY HIS GRACE THROUGH THE REDEMPTION THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS . 25
WHOM GOD HATH SET FORTH TO BE A PROPITIATION THROUGH FAITH IN HIS BLOOD, TO
DECLARE HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS THAT ARE PAST, THROUGH THE
FORBEARANCE OF GOD
ROM 8:32 HE THAT
SPARED NOT HIS OWN SON, BUT DELIVERED HIM UP FOR US ALL, HOW SHALL HE NOT WITH
HIM ALSO FREELY GIVE US ALL THINGS?
1COR 2:12 NOW WE HAVE RECEIVED, NOT THE SPIRIT
OF THE WORLD, BUT THE SPIRIT WHICH IS OF GOD; THAT WE MIGHT KNOW THE THINGS
THAT ARE FREELY GIVEN TO US OF GOD
Make up your mind today to receive eternal life by believing
the Gospel of Christ then are you save
by grace through faith. Eph 2: 8
